I found the staff very friendly and helpful when I arrived. They recommended local places to eat. They also assisted me with my luggage, carrying it up the stairs. The room was quite small, but it was very clean, and this met my basic needs for the night.
My room was not like the pictures online. Everything felt old. The lamps beside the bed also did not work. The walls are super thin, so I could hear other guests walking and talking.

the location near the train station proved useful for my early morning departure! the room size was adequate, and i appreciated the luggage storage facility. pleasant colour schemes were a good touch.
The walls were quite thin. I could hear conversations and general noises. this made sleeping a little difficult. hopefully, soundproofing could improve the experience.

while the hotel does not serve breakfast, several great cafes exist in the area. i tried groundstate and found their food mega delicious! that was really nice.

The facility was clean. Access to heuston station was super easy! it is particularly perfect if someone needs to get to the airport early. the tram also runs right outside.

the location was close to the train station and the luas. phoenix park was right beside the building. the beds were comfortable and i found the staff kind.
i was able to hear the next door neighbours breathing. i had troubles finding correct temperature for the shower. with a window towards the street i heard a loud tram. i woke up early because of the noise.
